MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 has created a great impact nationwide, drawing an encouraging 29,000 participants to date across its first three stops and reinforcing its position as the nation’s most anticipated and impactful breakfast movement.
The overwhelming turnout reflects Malaysians’ growing commitment to starting their day right through nutritious breakfast and an active lifestyle.
Following successful events in Sabah, Terengganu and Sarawak, the MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day now continues its nationwide journey to its next three destinations – Pahang on June 21, Kelantan on June 27 and culminating in Putrajaya on July 12.
Malaysians of all ages are invited to be part of the movement and experience a morning filled with energy, fun and meaningful community connections – via a range of engaging activities, from fun runs and fitness challenges to interactive experiences designed to inspire healthier daily habits

Every state has something unique and exciting to offer everyone!
For example, Sarawak is a state renowned for its rich cultural diversity, and breakfast tables reflect the unique traditions of its many communities, including the Iban, Bidayuh, Melanau, Orang Ulu, Malay and Chinese populations.
From local delicacies enjoyed in longhouses and family homes to a wide variety of breakfast choices in urban households, morning meals vary across cultures, generations and lifestyles.
Yet despite these differences, one value remains constant: the importance of starting the day with a nutritious breakfast that provides the energy needed to learn, work and stay active.
For many Sarawakian families, MILO® has long been a familiar part of their breakfast routines, enjoyed alongside a variety of local breakfast favourites.

David, 47, of Bidayuh heritage who was one of the participants at last weekend’s MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 in Sarawak, makes it a priority to start every morning with breakfast alongside his family, despite having to wake up early and travel several hours to work each day.
No matter how busy our mornings are, we always make time to have breakfast together as a family. It is an important moment for us to strengthen our family bond and start the day on the right note. Our breakfast may vary from day to day, sometimes oats, sometimes mee goreng or other local favourites, but a cup of MILO has always been a constant on our breakfast table.

For the coming edition in Kuantan, Pahang, this Sunday, 21 June, the fun run will be made even more meaningful as it coincides with Father’s Day – the perfect occasion to celebrate fathers who have always been there for us and remain a central figure in providing for and connecting the family.
On this special Father’s Day, the communities can gather for a wholesome and energising breakfast and enjoy fun-filled ground activities that bring families closer and strengthen the bonds that unite the community towards a healthy and active lifestyle.
Besides the 3-kilometre fun run, the events are complemented by interactive activity zones, fitness challenges and family-friendly experiences that encourage movement, engagement and quality time together in a lively community setting.
The on-ground experiences, including interactive booths, fitness challenges and engaging family activities, are designed to promote movement and strengthen community bonding.

All states aim to create an unforgettable experience, and the communities are loving it!
Ahmad Irfan Arsyad, 16, was the first participant to cross the finish line at MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2026 Sarawak.
A long-time participant who has been joining since 2017, this marks his sixth time taking part in the event, which he now attends together with his family.
I have been joining MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day when I was just 7 years old. Over the years, it has become a yearly tradition for me, and I always look forward to it. MILO® has been part of my childhood, so I grew up as a MILO® Kid, and it naturally became part of my routine.

Afiqah Daid, 24, said, “All 30 of us, from my mom and dad to my cousins, came here with excitement in our hearts, staying overnight here so we could wake up early and experience the incredible spirit of this run together. We travelled 40 km from Papar to join the event in Kota Kinabalu.
It was never just about distance but about family, memories and the joy of being together. MILO® has been part of my life since childhood, a symbol of energy and cherished moments that stay with you forever. So, thank you MILO® for inspiring healthier lifestyles and creating these moments for families like ours to treasure for years to come.
Afiqah Daid.
Alan Liong, 45, came with his hiking buddies, one of whom was a 75-year-old retired teacher.
We started as strangers through a hiking group a few years ago and over time, it turned us into close friends. We are appreciative of a fun event such as MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day which we are joining for the second time now. At our age, it’s not just about fitness anymore, it’s about friendship, consistency and supporting each other in staying active. Next year, we’re even planning to climb Mount Kinabalu together, which shows how active lifestyles can tighten our friendships over the years.
Alan Liong.
