Ace Cafe Kuala Lumpur, a popular hangout for bikers and petrolheads, was allegedly robbed yesterday (25 June) by two individuals.
A source close to the establishment shared with TRP recorded CCTV footage of the male and female suspects wakling into the premises and taking valuables before leaving.
A laptop, iPad, audio amplifier, coffee scale and several keys to the cafe were among the items taken from the cafe.
“The cafe was already open, just that the chef went out to buy things. Another staff was upstairs. They entered the cafe while there was no one downstairs,” said the source.

It is understood that Ace Cafe KL has lodged a police report, and members of the motorcycle community as well as patrons of the cafe have shared the CCTV footage on social media to identify the culprits while urging the public to be on the lookout.
TRP has reached out to Ace Cafe KL for further details.
About Ace Cafe KL
The original Ace Cafe London, established in 1938 on London’s North Circular Road, became one of the world’s most famous gathering places for motorcyclists, café racers, classic car enthusiasts, and rock ‘n’ roll culture. It played a major role in the birth of the British café racer scene in the 1950s and 1960s.
Ace Cafe Kuala Lumpur isn’t simply a themed café borrowing the name.
According to both the London and Kuala Lumpur official websites, It is recognised as one of the official Ace Cafe locations worldwide, alongside London and a handful of other international branches.

Its mission is to carry forward the same spirit of “motorcycles, cars and rock ‘n’ roll” while adapting it to Malaysia’s automotive community. The Kuala Lumpur venue also hosts regular car and motorcycle meets, much like the London original, making it a community hub rather than just a restaurant.
