Global apparel retailer Uniqlo has unveiled its Spring Summer 2026 LifeWear Collection. The exclusive preview held at Cafe @ Laman Tuanku offered a closer look at how the brand continues to evolve everyday clothing through simplicity, quality, and purpose.

Guided by the LifeWear philosophy, the collection features clothing with thoughtful design solutions for modern living in warmer climates, keeping comfort at its core, and versatility.

The key theme, Intelligent Simplicity, leans into the philosophy more by using a design approach that balances form and function.

Here are what’s in store for Uniqlo’s Spring Summer 2026 LifeWear Collection:

Urban Rome: A Spring Wardrobe for City and Travel

In the Urban Rome section, the featured clothes showcased versatility, especially transitional pieces that carry through from the end of winter to springtime.

The lineup includes short-length light weight outerwear, denim, ankle-length pants, knit polos, and sweatshirts. The clothes can be layered without inhibiting movement and comfort throughout the seasons.

The clothes have a deeper colour palette that are accented with pops of green, blue, pink, and maroon.

Amalfi Coast: A Light and Breezy Summer Mood

The Amalfi Coast captures the spirit of summer through a preppy, youthful aesthetic. Think of relaxing by the seaside in chic comfortable clothes.

The lineup features lighter fabrics and brighter colours, like yellow and orange, reflecting energy and optimism.

Expect linens and cottons, both great for fabrics for natural breathability and comfort in warmer weather.

Timeless Essentials: Denim and UV Protection

Denim remains a cornerstone of LifeWear thanks to its timeless appeal. Developed through the Uniqlo Jeans Innovation Centre, each pair undergoes meticulous process from fabric development and pattern design to sewing, finishing, quality testing, and quality control. Advanced techniques are also used to achieve durability, authentic texture, and long-lasting wear.

For the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, Uniqlo introduces three new denim silhouettes: Baggy Curve Jeans, JW Anderson Baggy Jeans, and Baggy Jeans.

These jeans feature updated fits, elevated finishes, and clean lines while balancing trend relevance and everyday versatility.

While sunscreen is an important part of sun protection, Uniqlo offers a convenient complement by integrating UV protection into clothing and accessories.

The Spring/Summer 2026 collection features an array of sunglasses that have gone through a refresh under the creative direction of Clare Waight Keller.

The lineup is organised into four design categories: Standard, Narrow, Wide, and Active.

All models feature UV400 lenses with 25% blue light reduction, while selected Active styles include polarised lenses to reduce glare.

UT and UNIQLO C

UT, Uniqlo’s graphic T-shirt line celebrating pop culture across art, manga, music, games, movies, and characters is here to stay with fun collections on the way.

Featured collaborations included Manga UT SHUEISHA 100th Anniversary, BABYMONSTER, and the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA).

Uniqlo C includes a shoe collection in the Spring/Summer 2026 collection as well.

Additionally, Uniqlo C, designed by Clare Waight Keller, Creative Director of Uniqlo, was also presented during the exclusive preview.

Drawing inspiration from the rhythms of everyday life, the collection pairs relaxed fabrics with thoughtful tailoring to create refined yet wearable pieces designed to move seamlessly with the wearer.
